This weather needs a shrink. Yesterday it snowed. Today was sunny. Forecast says tomorrow sunny, then Tuesday snow again! Bipolar as fuck!

My little pudding just keeps growing up, and it's as endearing to experience as it is saddening to accept <3 x

Just finished off the Horizon main questline and still hold the opinion that it is perhaps the most beautiful game ever made. Clean up a handful of miscellaneous trophies, and that will be Platinum #17.
08/02/2018 @00:21
And boom, that would be Platinum #17

Have you ever stopped to appreciate just how fucking mental it is that we breathe in an invisible gas and our body breaks it down into it's components and uses a single part of it to sustain our existence? Like, we take so much stuff for granted, but I think the most insane thing we take for granted is how astonishing the human body is. That we see something and our body records it, like constantly taking photos and videos with our eyes and ears, and storing so much data in our brains. It is fucking bewildering really just how complex and anatomically perfectly designed we are.
10/02/2018 @04:08
Ugh, fucked the only coil I have for my ecig so my choice is taste burnt acrid smoke when I vape, or buy a pack of 10 until Mon when I can go sort a new one.

Valentine's Day, I'll have no Valentine.
This is a week of being unconventional.

Shout out to all the disloyal, unfaithful, snakey bitches that have kept me cynical and single all these years! Have a great Valentine's! ππ

Really quaint little venue, very well presented and a lovely atmosphere. We recently visited to celebrate a 21st birthday and the staff were pleasant, and despite a small delay on the food (understandable for a party of 13 with it being a small venue) our meals were worth the wait and we all left very satisfied with the quality of the cuisine. Reasonably priced, and a very enjoyable experience.

"A surprised grin crept across NyrΓΆk’s face; “the crazy bastard, I guess the stories of his courage have merit.” It was a matter of mere moments before the flash of a great sword cut through the darkness, both literally and figuratively. The cluster of Shadebringers scattered into the onslaught of lighting slashes of incoming daggers. The trio watched in awe at the deftness of the Windwalkers. The Shadebringers did not put up much of a fight against Aeska’s finest warriors. The blue flickers of the Windwalkers emitters danced amidst faltering shadows, creating a compelling scene. The occasional clanging sound of steel against claws rung out as pairs of white dots rapidly extinguished amidst frantic scurrying and agonised wails. In the middle of the fracas, a colt reared up, its shadowy rider with an arm raised high defiantly. “FOR QUEEN AND KINGDOM!” came his battle cry, as he produced the sword once more and cleaved through a handful of Shadebringers in a single sweeping strike." I'm noticing a strange correlation between accessibility to firearms, and people being shot π€ - it's almost as though the number of people owning guns has an impact on the number of people shooting them? π
16/02/2018 @00:16
Early night I reckon, feeling exhausted tonight. Gonna read a couple chapters of The Sword of Destiny then call it a day π΄

Trying sort out a family tree for a broken family without dredging up old wounds, contacting people you've never spoken to since kids and even worse offending people or ruffling feathers is hard work! π
17/02/2018 @22:51
Think Wordscapes is speaking to me ππ
18/02/2018 @22:46
Really been putting in work on my family tree... ended up with 304 people on it so far π - one of my Nan's was 1 of 8 kids and I've only actually looked at my side of it! My Mum was 1 of 7, and my Dad is 1 of 6... fucking mental amounts of extended family! ♥
19/02/2018 @19:30
Looking back at old photos reminiscing about how different life was back then, and fondly remembering all the good times and amazing people I've met throughout my life.
19/02/2018 @21:55
Do you ever just look at old photos and get choked up for all the memories? So many happy times, so overwhelmed. Life truly has this awful way of keeping us distracted from those who mean the most to us ♥
19/02/2018 @22:57
Appreciate people whilst they are there, don't wait until time has pushed you apart to let people know what they mean to you. So many good friendships I've left time and life take away from me. So many people that once meant the world to me and now naught more than people I used to know. Nothing is permanent, everything is temporary. Enjoy it whilst it lasts ♥
20/02/2018 @01:19
Or when you've watched Peaky Blinders too much and like to pretend you are a Shelby π
20/02/2018 @23:25
Just had a nice catch up with my Dad - seems forever since we last spoke, and last night I just really wanted speak to him and tell him how grateful I am for everything he's done for me, and how much I love him! We take so many people for granted, we become so used to them just being there that we don't stop to appreciate them. Love you Dad x
21/02/2018 @00:31
Thought there was another earthquake then - guess my TV is too loud since my elderly neighbour just nearly knocked my front door off the hinge, the absolute psychopath. Swear she lives off spinach, fucking arms like Popeye.

Have you ever stopped to realise how overtaxed we are? Your employer pays HMRC 12% tax on top of the wages you're paid. You are also taxed around 20% of your wages too. When you spend it, almost everything you buy has 20% VAT on top of the cost, and then the shops pay corporation tax on their earnings of about 19% in most cases. That means the Government collect 71% tax from a single cycle of you earning money and spending it. Example: You earn £50. Your employer pays you £50 and HMRC £6 (12% Employer Tax Contribution), and also take £10 out your wages (20% Income Tax). Imagine you bought something priced at £40, the real cost should only be £32, and the Government are taking the extra £8 (20% VAT). Then when the shop put that £32 into their till, the Government take another £6 of it (19% Corporation Tax). So basically, for every £50 you earn and spend, the Government make £30 out of it in Tax, and you only get £32 worth of stuff.

I'm developing an unhealthy sleep pattern once again; going to bed at ~2am every night is not sustainable.
22/02/2018 @19:46
If the prevalence of guns in America isn't the issue, the fact you have a 120x more chance of being shot and killed is concerning. If it's not the guns that are the issue, then what is? Sincerely, I'm open to ideas. Culture? Class? Education?
