Pretty much lost 3 stone now during lockdown. No fad diet. No overkill workouts. No extreme life changes. Three simple things that anyone is capable of.
1) Hit 10k steps a day.
2) Drink lots of water.
3) Eat less junk food.

Seeing ex-porn star Mia Khalifa complaining that she wants all the content of herself removing from the internet because she regrets it now [after she made her money & gained her popularity] makes me really laugh. That's not how contracts, or the internet work hun. Super gassed to get my haircut and go The Polite Vicar with Christopher Downs on Monday 🙌💯 then get to see Georgina Handy on Thursday hopefully for a bit of food and some drinks at The Reginald Mitchell - Wetherspoons assuming we can get in! Lysh wanted start playing Fortnite since her friend Logan is a big player and never plays Minecraft anymore. So I got it set up. First match I was showing her the ropes on Solos and got her a Victory Royale 😂 then after she got a Squad Victory Royale with a couple randomers... then me & Logan joined her and we got 3x Squad Victory Royales in a row 😂😂 she's played 7 matches and 5 have been #1 finishes! Unreal!

Mandatory face masks in shops from July 24th? 😂 fuck my life. The virus is almost gone. Talk about shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. Absolutely pointless, and absolutely retarded. Remember 6 months ago when you weren't allowed to wear a bike helmet in a shop? Soon we'll all be mandated to walk around in hazmat suits as a precaution. Bye high street, it's been nice knowing you. Hilarious update from the ONS today. Here was their previous death tolls attributed to Covid-19 up to June 26th. They've revised their figures now (reduced them) and despite adding an additional 532 deaths for the week ending July 3rd, they've managed to end up with a lower total than they started with.

PHE does not appear to consider how long ago the COVID test result was, nor whether the person has been successfully treated in hospital and discharged to the community. Anyone who has tested COVID positive but subsequently died at a later date of any cause will be included on the PHE COVID death figures. By this PHE definition, no one with COVID in England is allowed to ever recover from their illness. From what I read, it's because if you test positive for Covid-19 at any point, your details are added to a database. When someone dies, they check if they're in the database and if so, voila, you're included in Covid-19 death statistics by PHE and ONS. [@JoeMurphyLondon: "BREAKING.... They are counting people who die of natural causes as coronavirus deaths if they tested positive at any time previously. It is insane to me that until now, I never actually understood the breadth of UK law. We are all required to abide by Laws that we neither know exist, nor have ever been made aware of. Do you know the UK laws? There are 4,356 Acts of Parliament and 80,817 Statutory Instruments in force currently that you have to abide by. I doubt I could list more than 50 actual laws if I tried.
