Just pulled down the park - it was a little bit odd. So Char spoke to some woman who was feeding the ducks, and she offered him some bread to throw in. Making small talk whilst they fed ducks. Comes time to leave, she goes to give me a hug & I'm like alright, it's a bit odd since we've literally been speaking for about 10 minutes and I don't even know you but whatever - so I gives her a hug, and she proper holds onto me for like a really long time, then kisses my cheek twice, then bites my earlobe and breathes heavily into my ear. I'm like, uhm okay. Then we're like, okay bye, have a nice day. As we're walking away she shouts from a distance "BYE - LOVE YOU". Like, okay. Wtaf?

So thankful I finally found the motivation and dedication to really work on a proper novel. I always aspired to be an author, even if I ever only wrote one book - I just want to get something published, something that is decent, and I really feel this current story "Lightfade" has the potential ♥

Interested to hear all opinions. Basically I don't see the point of romantic relationships. I know that will likely sound bizarre in a society that is geared to encourage people to settle down... but I genuinely don't get the attraction? I've had relationships and they've only ever served to ultimately cause me stress, drama, disappointment and emotional trauma. I look at it like this - the "benefits" are so minimal and disruptive to my lifestyle and only serve to interrupt me from focusing on bettering myself and enjoying my life. What is the point? What am I missing? Or am I right for feeling how I do about it? What does a relationship actually provide that you can't have without one?

This show completely baffles me. I try to be sensitive, but this to me is just bewildering; young children who don't even understand what gender is, confused and developing, and having their sense of identity distorted for validation. To me Sebastian experimenting with dressing as a girl has extreme external interference convincing him that he should be a girl as a result and abusing his confusion for publicity and attention. Like the snowflake generation who can't get attention for themselves, so like Munchhausen's they use their kids to get it. Like Tim and Jen Okazaki on Angry Boys forcing "skating gay style" on her straight son for publicity. It's all very strange.

Take care out there folks, Police are on the usual Christmas drink drive clamp down. I went out last night and drank much too much so I left the car at the pub and took a bus home. We passed a Police checkpoint where they were breathalysing drivers. The Police waved the bus through and I arrived home safely and accident free. It was really surprising to be honest since I've never actually driven a bus before and I have no idea where I even got it from.

I sigh, a mixture of relaxation and contentedness. The morning had been frosty, a bitter cold seeping into my bones, but now the shower cascaded soothing hot waterfalls over my exhausted frame. The scent of coconut and shea butter decorated the air, as I lathered it onto my vulnerable exposed flesh. My eyes closed, basking in the tranquility of this rare moment of solitude. "I need a poo", came a small voice breaking the silence. My eyes opened to see Ilysha sat on the toilet. Thirty seconds later, she told me she needed help wiping. I slide my tired aching body into my bed, the soft sheets caressing and encapsulating me into a cocoon of relaxation. As the duvet acclimatises to my body temperature, it embraces and surrounds me. My head sinks into the soft feather pillow, my breathing soft and light as I draw the covers around me blocking out the cool night air. I am so at peace and ready to drift off to sleep, to dream of magical enchanting things. I reach across to put my phone on charge and realise... my fucking charger is downstairs. And now I have to haul my naked ass down there to fetch it. Out of this lovely cosy bed. Fuck my life.

So little uns Mum has just dropped her off and said that apparently Ilysha has been crying at school because she doesn't want to come my house, and wants to stay at hers instead - said sumat about "she doesn't want to have to bribe her so she has told her she is old enough now to decide for herself whether or not she wants to visit me"! It's ironic considering how often she cries and kicks off when it's time to go home to her Mum's!!

Had a new experience this morning, called "The Shower Hijack". It goes a little something like this. I'm in the shower, when Ilysha appears next to it and starts bantering with me. Next thing she's stripped off and decided she's climbing in with me. She comes and stands under the water, then complains that I am stopping the water going on her because it's just going on me. Next thing I'm getting forced out my own shower and Ilysha is having one instead. Fun times, basically my escape for 10 minutes of relaxation is now under threat of being hijacked at any time! ðð
